The offer and sale of products through the GREEN FAMILY srls online shop (for brevity ) and the Customer Service number +39 348 671 6182 are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale. The General Conditions of Sale are formulated in accordance with the legislation on contracts drawn up outside commercial premises and in particular with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code).

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE sells natural cosmetic products based on 100% Italian organic Aloe Vera and organic Olive Oil.
The parts of the contract are defined as follows:
GREEN FAMILY srls (for brevity with registered office in Lecce in via Buccarelli, 22. P.I./C.F. 05,055,050,750.
Final consumer: “final consumer” means the customer, a physical person who has completed an order on the website which has been accepted by GREEN FAMILY srls.

Once the order has been placed and once accepted, the customer will receive an automatic order confirmation email from GREEN-FAMILY.IT in which all the items will be summarized. Before sending the items will check their availability and the outcome of the payment. Only after verifying that the payment has been successful will send the Customer an email confirming the acceptance of the order and the shipment of the package.
The articles on are only those products available in stock. If for some reason, such as multiple orders or a system error, the item becomes unavailable after purchase, the order will be considered void and will contact the customer to establish a new delivery date or arrange immediate reimbursement.
It should be noted that the products included in the cart are not intended as booked, therefore, if the purchase procedure is not completed, they can be purchased by other customers.
Once the order has been sent, the Customer unconditionally accepts all the information in the purchase procedure and the General Conditions of Sale in full. reserves the right to modify the General Conditions of Sale at any time. Any changes will be valid only after publication on the site and therefore during an order the General Conditions of Sale already in force at the time of purchase will prevail.

Payments can be made through a secure procedure with PayPal which guarantees the confidentiality of sensitive customer data, by advance bank transfer and by credit card Visa / Visa Electron / Mastercard / Maestro / American Express / Aura / Discover through the paypal circuit.

Shipments are made by via Poste Italiane S.P.A. Deliveries will be made exclusively to the address indicated on the order. will process the order within 24/48 hours of receiving it, when placed on weekdays. If the order is placed on a public holiday or Saturday or Sunday, the order will be processed and delivered to the courier on the first useful working day.
SHIPMENTS IN ITALY only ships to Italy. Shipments are made through Poste Italiane S.p.A. and cover the whole national territory. Shipments to Italy are free for orders over € 50.00. Delivery time may vary depending on the service chosen by the customer. Standard delivery is expected within 3-4 working days (Saturdays and holidays excluded). Express delivery is expected within 1-2 days from order fulfillment. However, during busy periods such as holidays, there may be delays.
In case of absent recipient, the service ensures one / two delivery attempts.
In case of absence of the recipient, a notice of non-delivery is left in the recipient’s mailbox with the date and time of the delivery attempt, the office where the shipment can be found and the deadline for collection.

An invoice will be issued for each order made by a private customer who has entered their tax code, and for each order placed by a professional customer or company with a VAT/tax number.
