Shipment and deliveries

SPEDIZIONI E CONSEGNE

ATTENZIONE! Le spedizioni e le consegne sono regolari in ogni zona d’Italia. L’emergenza Coronavirus non ha bloccato il trasporto delle merci o i corrieri. I tempi di spedizioni seguono un iter regolare, al momento! 

Shipment is made by green-family.it through Poste Italiane S.P.A. Deliveries will be made exclusively to the address indicated on the order. Green-family.it will process the order within 24/48 hours of receiving the order if it is made on week days. If the order is placed on a holiday or on a Saturday or Sunday, the order will be processed and delivered to the courier on the next working day.

SHIPMENTS IN ITALY

Shipments to Italy are made through Poste Italiane S.p.A. Shipping is free of charge all over Italy and delivery is expected within 3 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays). However, during busy periods such as holidays, there may be delays.

If the recipient is absent, the service ensures one / two delivery attempts.

In case of absence of the recipient, a notice of non-delivery is left in the recipient’s mailbox with the date and time of the delivery attempt, the office where the shipment can be found and the deadline for collection.

SHIPMENTS ABROAD

Le spedizioni all’estero seguono il tariffario fornito da Poste Italiane S.p.A. I tempi di consegna previsti sono 3/5 giorni lavorativi (sabato e festivi esclusi) in base al Paese di destinazione.
In caso di destinatario assente il servizio assicura uno/due tentativi di consegna, a seconda dei paesi di destinazione. In case of absence of the recipient, a notice of non-delivery is left in the recipient’s mailbox with the date and time of the delivery attempt, the office where the shipment can be found and the deadline for collection.

SHIPPING TRACKING

Once the order has been processed and delivered to the courier, green-family.it will send the Customer an email with the courier’s shipping number (tracking number) to follow the progress of the package. The courier is responsible for the delivery. Green-family.it will address any reports of delays or non-delivery of products lodged on the Customer Service, whatsapp number +39 348 671 6182 active from Monday to Saturday from 9 to 13 and from 16 to 20.
